14 Days, 14 Branches – A letter writing, phone calling campaign
On June 21, City Council was scheduled to hold its first reading of the Oakland budget for fiscal year 2011-2013. During the 14 days leading up to this crucial date, campaign participants contacted City Council members with messages of support about each branch of the day.
